I’ve spent my entire life seeking the overlap — between people, ideas, and opportunities.

Some call it networking, but for me, it’s so much deeper. It’s about connection, community, and collaboration (my signature 3C’s). It’s about bringing people together to create something bigger than any of us could build alone.

From Overachiever to Overlap-Seeker

Growing up, I was the kid who joined every club, led every group, and made friends everywhere I went. I always believed in the power of relationships — not just for socializing, but for solving problems, sparking ideas, and making magic happen.

At the time, I didn’t realize that this knack for connecting people wasn’t just a personality trait — it was my superpower.

Like many ambitious, self-reliant humans, I started my career thinking that success = hustle. I worked hard, said yes to everything, and tried to do it all on my own. I climbed the ladder in corporate roles, earned my MBA in Entrepreneurship and Management, and built a career in events, business development, partnerships, and community strategy.

But along the way, I learned a truth that changed everything: You aren’t meant to do this alone — and you don’t have to anymore.

My biggest breakthroughs didn’t happen because I pushed harder. They happened when I built deep, genuine relationships, allowed myself to be seen and supported, and stopped trying to prove I could do it all myself.

Once I embraced that truth, everything started to click.

As a Connection-Centered Strategist, Speaker, and Founder of Overlap Collective, I help ambitious, multidimensional humans stop over-functioning and finally feel deeply seen, supported, and connected.
